The Potato 2021 took place on sunday the 24th of october at Food Innovation House, where five chosen chefs has to compete on creating the most innovative three course dinner, where the the potato had to account for 60%. An international and acknowledged judging panel consisting of Daniel McBurnie, Jens Peter Kolbeck, Anita Klemensen, Lasse Starup Petersen and Per Mandrup, crowned Tommy Jespersen from Gastroca, as the wnner of The Potato Award 2021.
