LOCAL COOKING 2019

Local is important. That' s why, on june 5th, we invited chefs to participate in Local Cooking - The Triangle Region, at Food Innovation House. Seven incredibly, talented restaurants were to compete on creating and presenting dishes, where the chefs had to enhance the local suppliers in the dish and in the presentation. After a fantastic day, filled with food and art, Restaurant MeMu was crowned the winner of Local Coooking 2019.
