On february 18, 2019, we were honored by the visit of a japanese business delegation, and in that occasion, we got to experience the highest level of art. The japanese artist, Masao Funakoshi, created a colourful and edible food scenery, with local ingredients from Oemands Bacon, Vork Dambrug, Lasse Landmand, Brilliant Caviar, Danespo, Gyldenlund and GourmetOlie.
