THE POTATO AWARD 2020

The Potato Award 2020 took place on october 18 at Food Innovation House, where six selected chefs were to compete on creating a 3-course meal, with the potato as the center of attention. An international and acknowledged judging panel, consisting of big gastronauts such as Rasmus Munk and Jens Peter Kolbeck, awarded Magnus Brandenburg Carlsen, from Alchemist, as the winner of The Potato Award 2020.
