The Potato Sprout 2020 is a cooking competition for middle school students and took place on november 24, 2020. A total of 12 teams were to present an entre, maincourse or dessert, where the potota had to play the leading role. The dishes were presented for a professional judging panel, consisting of Per Mandrup and Tom Disomma. The winning dish was crunchy potato waffles and potato parfait, seasoned with lime and white chocolate, cooked by Astrid, Mathilde, Sofia and Sophie from 7.B. at Kirstine Seligmann School.
